I have to say I’m not enamored with dealing with insurance companies in the past and with companies in Florida where I own property. But, over the 15 years with Simmerer, the customer service has been excellent. I just got off the phone with a representative, Elmer Garcia. What a dynamic young man. After thanking and telling him what a great job he did in helping me, I asked his name. I remember dealing with him in the past on another call to the agency. He’s kind, consistent, an active listener, and goes out of his way to anticipate a customer’s needs. I didn’t have to ask him to do a thing. He anticipated the information I needed to understand my policy, available discounts, and provided other details and comparisons BEFORE I had to ask. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his service. He did it last year too!

My experience with Wilson was excellent. Wilson helped me understand our vehicle insurance policies and renter’s insurance. I highly recommended. I give 4 stars only because coverage is difficult to obtain on weekends. The insurance network cannot add vehicles or make coverage changes. The policy holder MUST deal and directly contact the insurance agent ( Simmerer Insurance) – the insurance agency is closed on weekends.

Roberto went out of his way to ensure an auto policy was reinstated and brought current. It was complicated in that The Red Devils, a breast cancer support services provider paid on behalf of a patient undergoing treatment. He was very patient and understanding of all the various circumstances involved, and made the process seem simple.

Roberto helped me with my event insurance and was very helpful!
