What can I say, about these two awesome reps Mr. Wilson and Mr. Elmer. I called in two different days at two different times to talk about my extreme jump with my auto policy. I first spoke to Mr. Wilson, his high level of patience, his feed back, and his diligence with staying on the phone with me for almost 45minutes as he shopped around for a better policy for me was nothing less than exceptional. He then sent me over three quotes and then told me to thank it over and call back when I was ready to switch company’s. Today 12/13/23 I called back and was ready to pull the trigger on my new policy. With Mr. Wilson being on vacation I spoke to his counterpart Mr Elmer. Mr. Elmer was able to jump into action, find the exact policy I needed, made the necessary adjustments and then closed the deal on my new policy all within 15 minutes. His feedback, attention to detail, customer service and patience made the call and process VERY smooth. Both guys are rock stars. So glad I’ve done business with them for close to 4 years. Take a bow gentleman, it’s guys like you that make customers like us feel welcomed, wanted and keep us as returning customers.
