After being with the Simmerer agency for 6 years, I had my 1st claim and having never been in this position before I relied on the advice of my agent and it was as though they had just written me the policy yesterday. They walked me thru the process answered any all my questions and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. It was refreshing to know that my agent was there for me when I needed them.
